You may have been waiting for years to transform the constrictions and fears that have haunted you. You may have just come to understand how the complications of trauma are limiting your life. Now the possibilities of healing beckon. You can heal from acute or shock traumas that occurred at any time in your life. You can overcome early developmental trauma, to gain a flexible inner strength and greater resilience, and become a more compassionate human being. You can free all expressions of your authentic being from the repression, disconnection, or dissociation that has restricted your experience of full aliveness and joy and blocked your inherent wisdom.
