The Power and Love to Heal
The upcoming courses are unique and powerful methods of healing trauma and spiritual practice.
We will embrace the mystery of being, be in wonder, and marvel with curiosity at the multidimensionality of life. We can find the love that we are, and it will radiate outwards. We can be cherished, protected, and deeply nurtured.
The Eastern tradition I will primarily be drawing from is the Tantric lineage tradition of Sri Vidya. I am an authorized teacher. Without losing the essence of the teaching, we can adapt these ancient teachings to our current and contemporary needs. Tantra practices are dedicated to the Divine Feminine or Shakti within. You do not need to be a part of any tradition to join.
Our spiritual practices, alone or combined with trauma resolution, fosters the foundation for embodied knowing and integrated wisdom. You will forge a deeper connection to your Self, to one another, and to the Divine Mother in her many displays, for who else could hold us so perfectly that our healing can happen.
The practices are to help us contain and resolve trauma, to bring emotions to completion, and to nurture the divine within. We develop a vaster spiritual perspective with a maturing psychological view of life, while stepping into our confidence and vibrant strength of our self-agency.

Connect to your Vast Consciousness
As we come together in practice and sadhana, defined as, a support for recognition of our true self, to know higher states of awareness, the energy of the divine feminine is amplified.
The connection you cultivate to the Goddesses, or Ishtadevatas you will work with, can be simplified as connecting to vast fields of consciousness, they are the immanent display of the transcendent. Ultimately, they are no other than who you are, but first, the connection and realization needs to be cultivated.
Together the paths of resolving trauma and a deepening spirituality, will allow you to know a profound sense of healing and the transformation and expansion of your consciousness.

The flow of breath in your body offers a healing and life-giving presence. Breath is the primordial foundation of the human spirit. Your breath carries oxygen into your body and your voice into the world. Research has demonstrated that conscious breathing is an important component of healing trauma. And just as ancient mariners learned to navigate the sea’s unpredictable currents and storms by working with the wind, you can learn to use your breath to navigate trauma’s inner storms and currents.
Conscious breathing is a key for healing and energizing your body and mind. The depth of your breath should be enough to invigorate and enliven you. Too much breath, and you become lightheaded; too little, and you become sluggish and dull. Yogis believe that specific breathing techniques infuse the body with prana—life force. Certain breathing techniques can deepen self-awareness and self-knowledge as they allow your life force to flow more freely, clearing blockages that obscure your essential nature.
